Amid the stagnant summer season and due to buyers' decision to make bookings only to meet their immediate needs, demand has remained weak in the local European hot rolled coil (HRC) market. According to market sources, European steel producers' local hot rolled coil (HRC) prices have remained stable during the past week at €400-430/mt ($444-477/mt) ex-works.
