Iranian flats mill Mobarakeh Steel's flats export tender which, as previously reported by SteelOrbis, was opened on September 28, 2009, has come to a conclusion. The HRC offers of  Mobarakeh Steel, which targeted sales at $560/mt FOB, were seen as hard to accept due in particular to the quite low offers given from China to the Middle East. In its last export tender the producer concluded a total of 20,000 mt of HRC sales - at $575/mt FOB to Gulf countries, at $591/mt FOB to Iran and Afghanistan, and at $550/mt FOB to European countries. In this tender, as per the information SteelOrbis has collected from market sources, Mobarekeh has concluded only one HRC sale to Europe, totaling 5,000 mt, at the level of $510/mt FOB.
