Import hot rolled coil (HRC) prices in Oman have been following a sideways trend in the past week, while interest in import offers has been declining day by day. Market sources state that import offers may soften soon as they are unable to attract interest.
SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that Russian origin HRC import offers to Oman are standing at $585/mt CFR, while ex-Ukraine HRC offers to Oman are at $560/mt CFR.
The prices are excluding VAT, for advance payment and for deliveries in January.
