SteelOrbis has learned that Chinese origin HRC is being offered to Italy at €440-450/mt ($567-580/mt) CFR, while Ukraine origin HRC is being offered to Italy at the level of $390/mt ($503/mt) CFR for November shipment. On the other hand, imported material is being offered in the local Italian flats market at the price level of €460-470/mt ($593-606/mt) FOT. The local Italian market is reported to be calm at the current time.
