HRC offers in the Philippines market
Reports reveal that Ukrainian Illych mill hot rolled coils have been offered to Philippines market at $400/mt CFR LO, whereas offers from Russian mill MMK have been made at $430/mt CFR. There are also reports that the HRC material ex-Shagang mill of China offers were at $425/mt CFR LO Manila port.
