HRC offers from Ukraine to Turkey soften
SteelOrbis has learned that Ukrainian steel producer Ilyich Iron & Steel Works' May rolling hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to Turkey have softened by $10/mt as compared to last month and are now standing at the level of $620-625/mt CFR.
