In the Bulgarian flat steel market, demand has risen slightly on the back of improved weather conditions. However, as reported by market players, the demand level is lower than at the same time last year. In addition, import offers have indicated an increase in the country.
SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that in the local Bulgarian market Ukrainian April production hot rolled coil (HRC) export offers are standing at $660/mt CFR Rousse, while Turkish HRC offers to the country are at $720/mt CFR Bourgas for May shipments.
