HRC offers from China
SteelOrbis is informed that Chinese mills have recently been offering SS400 grade hot rolled coils for export in the $460-480/mt FOB range on actual weight basis via payment by letter of credit for November shipment. HRC export prices are stable with almost no deals concluded last week. However, during last week, the price experienced a slight down in the China domestic market.
