HRC and CRC offers from Severstal for Turkey

Russian steel producer Severstal's December production hot rolled coil (HRC) ex-works quotations have declined by $10/mt as compared to last month's list prices. However, the mill's offers for Turkey have remained stable as compared to its price levels for the Turkish market during October. 
 
Severstal's HRC and cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to Turkey are as follows:
