SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that hot rolled plate (HRP) offers from Indonesia to Taiwan have decreased by $25/mt over the past three weeks to $450-452/mt CFR, for shipment in March. Although Indonesian HRP offer prices to Taiwan have declined, buyers believe the prices are on the high side, while their counter-offers are in the range of $435-440/mt CFR. No new deals have been heard since the beginning of the current week.
