HDG prices in Turkish market
As we cited in price reports dated September 3, 2004, an upward movement has been seen in galvanized steel prices in local Turkish market. Existing prices are as follows:0.25 mm $1000/mt 0.30 mm $985-980/mt 0.50 mm $910-800/mt 1.00 mm $890-800/mt 1.50 mm $860-800/mt 2.00 mm $840-800/mtIt is observed that the lower ends have increased by $10-20/mt. It is interesting to note that the upper ends for certain gauges have increased at the same rate, which is making it difficult for the gap in the price range to narrow.
