Flats prices in Saudi Arabia

SteelOrbis has been informed that flats prices in the Saudi Arabian market are nearly at the same levels as compared to last week. However, it is observed that demand is stronger than last week.

Looking at the stockists in this country, the price levels of imported HRC with thickness 1.2 mm are currently at SAR 2,000-2,050/mt ($534-547/mt) ex-warehouse, whereas imported CRC prices are at SAR 2,900-3,000/mt ($774-801/mt). Also, Japanese origin HDG prices are at SAR 3,600-3,800/mt ($961-1,015/mt), while local production HDG is being quoted in the range of SAR 3,200-3,500/mt ($854-936/mt) ex-warehouse.
