SteelOrbis has been informed that export HRC offers given by Ukrainian producer Zaporizhstal to Albania are at the level of $470/mt CFR, while the producer's export CRC offers to the same country are at $520/mt CFR. It is observed that the Albanian flats market is more active as compared to the flats markets in other southern European countries.
