Russian and Ukranian mills have decreased their flats offers to Poland due to the weakness observed on the demand side and the price decreases in the flats markets. SteelOrbis has been informed that Ukrainian mill Zaporizhstal's HRC offers given to Poland for June production have shown a decrease of $50/mt and are currently standing at the base price level of $660/mt DAF. Meanwhile, Russian mill MMK's flats offers to Poland for its June production are standing at the base price levels of €600/mt ($740/mt) DAF for HRC and €620/mt ($764/mt) DAF for CRC.
