Russian steel producer Severstal's March production flat steel offers to Turkey have indicated decreases as compared to its list prices for February production. Accordingly, the mill's hot rolled coil (HRC) prices have decreased by approximately $40/mt, while its plate offers have moved down by $10/mt. Severstal is not offering cold rolled coil (CRC) to Turkey this month. The producer is still accepting firm bids for hot rolled coil and plate.
