SteelOrbis has been informed that Russian hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the local Omani market have softened by $10-15/mt since last week to $630-635/mt CFR, as expected. The offers, which exclude VAT, are for advance payment and for April production.
Market sources expected Russian origin HRC offers to decline amid the recent softening of Chinese HRC export offers.
