Ex-Russia and ex-China HRC offers to South Korea
SteelOrbis has been informed that the Russian mill MMK is offering hot rolled coil (HRC) to the South Korean market at the price level of $610/mt CFR FO, while Chinese mill Anshan Steel's HRC (not boron added) offers to the same market are standing at the level of $650/mt CFR FO.
