SteelOrbis has been informed that the Russian mill
MMK is offering hot rolled coil (
HRC) to the South Korean market at the price level of $610/mt CFR FO, while Chinese mill Anshan Steel's
HRC (not boron added) offers to the same market are standing at the level of $650/mt CFR FO.
