Domestic Mexican HDG prices drop in February

In the first week of February, Mexican domestic galvanized prices fluctuated between US$990-$1,050/mt ex-mill. But by the second week of the month, prices reduced into the range of US$950-$980/mt ex-mill.

Prices downstream out of distribution centers were heard at US$1,104/mt for the first week of February, while the maximum price to the final consumer reached US$1,229/mt.  During the second week of the month, the price of HDG in distribution centers was US$1,079/mt and the maximum price to the final consumer was US$1,205/mt.
