In the local Portugese flat steel market, demand is low while domestic prices for flat steel products have not shown any significant changes as compared to the previous week. On the other hand, a downward price movement is expected in the coming period.
Currently, hot rolled sheet (HRS) prices in the local Portuguese market are standing in the range of €590-600/mt ($805-818/mt) ex-warehouse, while hot dip galvanized (HDG) coil offers given in the domestic market are at €590/mt ($805/mt) ex-works.
