CSI announces flats increase

California Steel Industries (CSI) Wednesday said their June flat rolled order book is now open; they further announced that due to changing market conditions, CSI will be increasing transaction prices for hot rolled coil, coil rolled coil, Galvanized and by $20/nt. This announcement follows similar price increases rolled out earlier this week by Nucor, NMLK and ArcelorMittal.
