SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of JIS G3141 SPCC cold rolled coils (
CRC) of 0.3-1.5 mm thickness have remained unchanged since last week and are still at NTD 17,500-19,500/mt ($557-620/mt) delivered to customer, on actual weight basis, while the prices of JIS G3131 SPHC 2.0-4.5 mm hot rolled coils (
HRC) have also remained unchanged in the same period at NTD 16,000-17,500/mt ($509-557/mt) delivered to customer, on actual weight basis.
Both price ranges include five percent VAT and are for late December shipments.
