SteelOrbis has been informed that JIS G3141 SPCC cold rolled coils of 0.3-1.5 mm thickness are being quoted in the local Taiwanese market at NTD 16,000-17,500/mt ($486-532/mt), including five percent VAT.
Meanwhile, the price in the local Taiwanese market of JIS G3302 SGCC hot rolled steel base galvanized coils of 1.50-3.00 mm thickness is being quoted at NTD 16,500-18,000/mt ($530-560/mt), including five percent VAT.
The prices, which are for middle to end of May shipments, have decreased by NTD 500/mt ($15/mt) as compared to last week.
