CHS keeps domestic and export flat steel prices stable for June

SteelOrbis has learned that as of May 29 Chung Hung Steel Co. Ltd (CHS), a major Taiwan-based HRC/CRC re-roller and subsidiary of Taiwanese integrated steelmaker China Steel Corp., has decided to keep all its flat steel ex-works prices unchanged for June shipments. The prices are as follows:

NTD 26,500-26,950/mt ($895-910/mt)

With regard to the export market, CHS has also kept its flat steel export offers unchanged.

All the above prices include five percent VAT and are on actual weight basis. The ex-works domestic prices are for payment via standby letter of credit, while the export prices are for payment via at sight letter of credit.
