Taiwanese steelmaker Chung Hung Steel (CHS) has announced its domestic flats sales prices effective for October shipments. The new prices are at the following levels:

All the above prices include five percent VAT and are on ex-works basis.
Following the continuous global weakening steel demand and softening transaction prices in local market, CHS decided to further cut all products price for October production/shipment. Thus, HRC domestic price was cut by NTD 2,000/mt ($62/mt), CRC was cut by NTD 2,000/mt ($62/mt), HDG was cut by NTD 2,500/mt ($78/mt).
