SteelOrbis has learned that some ex-China hot rolled plate (HRP) offers given to the Taiwanese market are standing at $590-595/mt CFR. However, no bookings have been heard so far at this price range, since most Taiwanese buyers are trying to sell off their own inventories as much as possible by decreasing their quotations.
