Chinese flat steel export offer prices have indicated a downward trend over the past week. At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) given by Chinese suppliers are at $340-350/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $410-420/mt FOB.

During the given week, flat steel prices in the Chinese domestic market have mostly moved on a declining trend, exerting a negative impact on export offer prices for flat steel.
