Chinese flat steel export offer prices, including hot rolled coil, cold rolled coil, hot rolled plate and shipbuilding plate have mostly continued their declining trend over the past week. At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) given by Chinese suppliers are at $350-360/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $430-440/mt FOB.

The slack demand in Chinese domestic market has exerted a negative impact on the export offer prices for flat steel from China, dragging down most export prices.
