Toyota sees bright future in Turkey

Toyota Automotive Turkey appointed a new General Manager, Kazuhiro Kobayashi at the start of January. The new GM commented that they have taken advantage of the benefits Turkey has to offer and have made investments worth €400 million in Turkey over the last 4 years. Toyota's total investment in the country has reached €700 million. Kobayashi also said that the automotive industry rapidly developed in Turkey and would improve more in the future. The automotive industry has a 50-year history in Turkey and Toyota has a bright future here, he said. Many important brands have invested in Turkey and the brands' investments are increasing day by day, he noted.
