Wire Rod:

  • Four shipments totaling 5,458 metric tons of wire rod arrived into the Port of Mobile, Alabama on May 11 from ports south of Recife, Brazil.
Rebar:
  • 16 shipments totaling 4,206 metric tons of rebar arrived into the Port of New Orleans, Louisiana on May 13 from Black Sea and Sea of Marmara ports, Turkey.
  • Three shipments totaling 2,150 metric tons of rebar arrived into the Port of Jacksonville, Florida on May 15 from Mediterranean region ports, Turkey.
Billet:
  • 3,353 metric tons of steel billet arrived into the Port of Georgetown, South Carolina on May 12 from the Port of Veracruz, Mexico.
Tubing:
  • Four shipments totaling 1,939 metric tons of ERW square steel tubing arrived into the Port of Houston, Texas on May 12 from the Port of Olongapo, Philippines.
HDG:
  • Five shipments totaling 2,807 metric tons of HDG coil arrived into the Port of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 12 from the Port of Mumbai, India.
  • Two shipments totaling 1,142 metric tons of HDG coil arrived into the Port of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 14 from the Port of Dalian, China.
Plate:
  • Five shipments totaling 2,804 metric tons of hot rolled steel plate arrived into the Port of Houston, Texas on May 11 from the Port of Monfalcone, Italy.
