Brazil’s industrial output shows year-on-year increase
Statistics Institute IBGE announced that Brazil's industrial output rose by 8.1% in November from a year earlier, but fell by 0.4% compared to October 2004. Analysts expected an increase of between 6-6.6% in November. In January-November 2004 period, the growth in industrial output reached 8.3%. The year-on-year growth in industrial output was fuelled by the vehicle sector, food industry and chemical products sector.Brazil's industrial output shows year-on-year increase
