Zaporizhstal reports financial results for H1

Ukrainian mill Zaporizhstal has announced the financial results for the first half of 2006. According to the results, the enterprise's revenue from sales decreased 13.8 percent year on year UAH 3.63 billion (approx. $724 million) in the first half of 2006. The profitability, on the other hand, remained at the level of the first half of 2005 that is 15.9 percent.
