Worthington Industries completes acquisition of Westerman Companies

On Monday, Columbus, Ohio-based steel processor and manufacturer Worthington Industries announced the completion of the $70 million acquisition of Bremen, Ohio-based Westerman Companies. Westerman is a tank and pressure cylinder producer with drillers in the Utica and Marcellus shale as customers.

Westerman specializes in oil and gas separators, cylinders for shipyard lift systems and wellhead equipment.
