WISCO posts increased steel output in H1

According to a statement from the Chinese steel manufacturer Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd (WISCO), in the first half of the current year the steelmaker produced 7.6363 million mt of pig iron, 8.0389 million mt of crude steel and 7.2984 million mt of rolled steel, up 24.80 percent, 29.75 percent and 33.21 percent year on year respectively.
