WISCO launches 1.2 million mt capacity GGBS JV project

On May 24, Chinese steel producer Wuhan Iron and Steel (WISCO) announced the official start of work on its new 1.2 million mt capacity grind granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) project, which is a joint venture (JV) of Singpore Angguo Enterprise and WISCO subsidiary Jinzi Co.

The total investment in the project is RMB 176.5773 million ($27.1 million).
