The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Friday that it has rescinded the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on circular welded carbon quality steel pipe (standard pipe) from China.

The review had originally covered 19 Chinese producers and exporters, and the period of review was calendar year 2012. The review was requested by Wheatland Tube Company, a domestic producer, but Wheatland subsequently withdrew its request.
