Warren, Ohio-based Warren Steel Holdings, LLC, announced Friday that it has installed and successfully tested new electromagnetic stirring (EMS) capabilities at its on-site caster. With the completion of this EMS upgrade, the caster will now be able to homogenize the center line and improve segregation in the production process.

Taking into account these new capabilities, the company serves a broad range of markets with demanding applications, including open-die forgers, seamless tube and ring rollers, and bar producers.
