VSMPO-AVISMA creates new Swiss subsidiary

The largest Russian producer of titanium and ferrotitanium, VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation (VSMPO-AVISMA), has announced the creation of a 100 percent-owned subsidiary in Switzerland, named Tirus International SA.

The new company will be in charge of coordinating the activities of VSMPO-AVISMA's foreign trading companies in the international market, in addition to the direct distribution of VSMPO-AVISMA's products in the European region.
