Vietnam’s construction steel consumption up

The Vietnam Steel Association disclosed that the country’s construction steel consumption rose 29% month on month to around 261’220 tons in March. Vietnam’s total steel output was nearly 275’000 tons in March. Vietnam Steel Corporation aims to increase steel output 30% this year to 1.3 million tons in order to ensure an adequate supply of construction steel.
