Vietnam ups steel output
Based on the data released by Vietnam Steel Association, the country's steel stocks currently amount to around 170'000 tons. National Steel Corporation constitutes 56'000 tons of this figure.
Meanwhile, Vietnam's domestic steel
production increased 3.3% in April, mainly due to lower steel ingot prices and high domestic demand.
Furthermore, Vietnam's domestic steel
consumption reached around 280'000 tons in May.
