Vietnam imposes provisional AD duty on cold rolled stainless steel

Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced that it has decided to impose provisional antidumping (AD) duty on certain cold rolled stainless steel from China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Taiwan.
 
The provisional antidumping duty varies between 6.45 percent and 30.73 percent. The antidumping duty investigation was initiated by the complaint of local steelmakers POSCO VST Co. Ltd and Hoa Binh Inox for the period between April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013.
 
The products subject to investigation are classified under the HS codes 7219.32.00, 7219.33.00, 7219.34.00, 7219.35.00, 7219.90.00, 7220.20.10, 7220.20.90, 7220.90.10 and 7220.90.90.
