Brazil steelmaker Usiminas has canceled its Q4 earnings conference amidst diverging opinions among its administration council, the company said on Friday.

According to Usiminas, its management board did not approve a report that would accompany the quarterly results, as well as the proposed dividend stocks that would be paid for shareholders.

“The company will keep its shareholders informed about the new date for the divulgation of its results,” the company said in a statement.
