The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Wednesday its preliminary results in the administrative review of the antidumping order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico.

The review covers one Mexican producer/exporter – Perfiles y Herrajes LM, S.A. de C.V. (Perfiles) – during the period from August 1, 2013 through July 31, 2014.

The DOC has calculated a preliminary dumping margin of 4.15 percent for Perfiles.  This compares with Perfiles’ current dumping duty deposit rate of 6.13 percent.

The DOC plans to complete this review by November 2015.  The current dumping duty deposit rate will remain in effect until the DOC's final results are published in the Federal Register.
