US rig counts jump 18 as Canadian counts fall again

According to the most recent report by Baker Hughes, the weekly US rotary rig count is up 18 from last week to 1,818. This reflects a year-on-year increase of 335 rigs.

The Canadian rig count is down 10 from last week and is now 133, representing a year-on-year increase of 25 rigs.

The US Offshore rig count is 29, up one from last week and down 23 year-over-year.
