US rescinds AD review against stainless plate in coils from Belgium

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Wednesday that it has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping order against stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium.  The review covered one producer/exporter - ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium NV - during the period from May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010.
 
ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium NV - which had requested the review - withdrew its request, and accordingly, the DOC rescinded the review.
 
The current dumping duty deposit rate for ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium NV is 6.57 percent.
 
There is also a countervailing duty order against stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium, and the countervailing duty deposit rate for ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium NV is zero (0.00) percent.
