The US International Trade Commission (ITC) voted Monday to conduct full five-year ("sunset") reviews concerning the antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China and the suspended investigations on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Russia and Ukraine.

As a result of these votes, the Commission will conduct full reviews to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China and/or the termination of the suspended investigations on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Russia and Ukraine would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
