The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has announced that five-year reviews on forged stainless steel flanges from India and Taiwan have been terminated.

The reviews were initiated in November 2010 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on forged stainless steel flanges from India and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury.

On January 31, 2011, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) published notice that it was revoking the orders effective January 23, 2011, because "the domestic interested parties did not participate in these sunset reviews" and, accordingly, the subject reviews have been terminated by the ITC.

The product covered by these investigations is currently classified in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) under item numbers 7307.21.10.00 and 7307.21.50.00.
