On September 23, the US International Trade Commission (US ITC) announced that it has instituted two new full reviews.
The US ITC said that it has initiated a review to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on stainless steel plate from Belgium and South Africa and the antidumping (AD) duty orders on stainless steel plate from Belgium, Italy, South Korea, South Africa, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
The institution has also initiated a review to determine whether revocation of the CVD orders on stainless steel sheet and strip from South Korea and the AD orders on stainless steel sheet and strip from Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
