The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has voted to expedite its five-year sunset reviews regarding the antidumping (AD) duty orders on carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe from Japan and Romania.

All six Commissioners voted in favor of expediting the review, and as a result of these votes, the ITC will conduct expedited reviews to determine whether revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
