The US International Trade Commission (ITC) made a unanimous final determination Thursday that the US industry has been injured by dumped wire garment hangers from China that the US Department of Commerce has determined are sold in the United States at less than fair value.

All six Commissioners voted in the affirmative.

Consequently, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) will issue an antidumping order on imports of this product from China. The DOC is expected to publish the formal antidumping order before the end of the month.
