US ITC determines in sunset review that AD/CVD duties on iron construction castings should continue

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) today determined that revoking the existing countervailing duty order on iron construction castings from Brazil and the existing antidumping duty orders on iron construction castings from Brazil, Canada, and China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determinations, the existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of these products from Brazil, Canada, and China will remain in place.

All six Commissioners voted in the affirmative.
